Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us promptly with your reason. Our sales manager will process cancellations within 2 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
If your item is defective, we sincerely apologize and are committed to resolving the issue promptly with your cooperation.
How to Proceed if the Item is Defective
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Take clear photos of the defective item and email them to orders@runway1981.com. These photos will be reviewed by our Technical Director, and upon approval, we will process a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Depending on our assessment, we may offer additional discounts on your next order as compensation.
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect (e.g., simply not liking the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed after we receive and confirm the condition of the returned items.
Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled orders or returned items will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and approval. For credit card payments, please allow 3 to 15 business days (or longer, depending on your bank) for the refund to appear on your statement. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
